This was a unique situation with very tight working conditions. An agreement was reached with the neighbor to take down parts of the fence as needed to accommodate the build. Even their dog loved it!

This a picture of a beautiful ADU that we built in Santa Clara. The glass door completely folds open for an unobstructed access to the outdoors. The siding is similar to the main residence which was built in the 1800's

You may wonder why you see many pictures of our kitchen and bathrooms??? It is because I don't have much room to get a good shot of everything. I also like those two areas the best in our ADUs. Affordable yet refined.
This is a kitchen that we just did in an 800 square foot ADU in Santa Clara County. It was two bedrooms and still had space for a beautiful kitchen island, dual vanity bathroom and an ample great room. The counter tops are quartz and the owner wanted a clean all white kitchen.
This is an example of one that is almost completed in the historical district of San Jose. We needed to do a historical review to get this one complete and it turned out great! It matches and compliments the historical character of the main house as an ADU should.
